What can I say what can I tell treatment is not just okay but like a 5 star hotel.
The treatment you get is just like the queen.
So apart from the red carpet this all is clearly seen.
Without their concern from the head and the care that always comes with it one thing I learn that to master your draft it takes more then completing your shift.
Courtesy love humble and true such qualities are very rare to show them to family is not new but showing them to strangers is why they really care.

Always made to feel that I am a person not a number with a medical problem that requires treatment.
Improvement: Post treatment debrief perhaps? Opportunity to ask questions arising from the treatment.

Was kept well improved.
I had high blood pressure - they took precautions by re doing the blood pressure before doing procedure.
